ECSCRM 2020 - 13th European Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials

The 13th European Conference on Silicon Carbide and Related Materials (ECSCRM 2020) will be held at the Vinci International Convention Centre (Palais des congrès), from September 13th to 17th 2020, proudly hosted by the University of Tours. ECSCRM is a biannual scientific event that explores, presents and discusses the new achievements in the field of wide-bandgap semiconductors focusing on silicon carbide (SiC) and other wide bandgap semiconductors. The topics covered in the ECSCRM include fundamentals (theoretical and experimental), bulk and epitaxial growth, new materials grown on SiC, material characterization, surfaces and interfaces, device fabrication processes, devices and device physics, packaging, applications, reliability and power related materials

InnoTrans 2021

InnoTrans is the leading international trade fair for transport technology and takes places every two years in Berlin. Sub-divided into the five trade fair segments Railway Technology, Railway Infrastructure, Public Transport, Interiors and Tunnel Construction, InnoTrans occupies all 42 halls available at Berlin Exhibition Grounds. The InnoTrans Convention, the event’s top-level supporting programme, complements the trade fair. A unique feature of InnoTrans is its outdoor and track display area, where everything from tank wagons to high-speed trains are displayed on 3 500 metres of track. Since 2016 InnoTrans offers vehicle manufacturers the possibility to demonstrate busses on a static display area and the adjacent Demonstration Course. InnoTrans is organized by Messe Berlin.

2023 IEEE 14th International Symposium on Power Electronics for Distributed Generation Systems

This conference, sponsored by IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) and organized by the PELS Technical Committee on Sustainable Energy Systems, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Shanghai Power Supply Society, will provide an international visible platform for presenting innovative and cut-edge results in the area of power electronics and distributed generation systems In the previous years, the PEDG have been held with great success in Charlotte, USA (2018), Xi'an, China (2019), Virtual (2020, 2021) and Kiel, Germany (2022). The PEDG 2023 will be a hybrid event (in presence and virtual). All of the conference papers will be EI-indexed and included in IEEE Xplore. Selected papers will be invited for possible publications in special issues/special sections of IEEE PELS journals including JESTPE and TPEL. The Selection will be based on PEDG 2023 review scores and on feedback from participants to the presentation at the conference.Moreover, student travel grants and best papers awards will be provided.
