The Management of Ibérica Semiconductores de Potencia S.L. aware of the need to guarantee optimal quality of all its services, produced the following Quality Policy, based on the Standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001 2015 and on the following principles:
- Quality of marketed products
- Provision of a comprehensive and personalized service
- Use of the available technological means to facilitate the company's processes.
In order to guarantee the materialization of the aforementioned, Ibérica Semiconductores de Potencia S.L. acquires the following commitments:
- Ensure the complete and total satisfaction of our customers and the strict compliance of the requirements just as much as the legal and regulatory criteria.
- Assign all the human resources and the necessary technical means to obtain services that satisfy the needs of the clients, to obtain the satisfaction of them.
- Guide, implement, maintain and continuously improve the Quality System of ISP S.L. according to the criteria defined in the international standard UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015.
- Establish and review quality objectives annually.
- Ensure the correct attention to the client's needs, from the acceptance of the contract until the completion of the process, proof of conformity of the work carried out and attention of complaints and claims.
The Management of Ibérica Semiconductores de Potencia S.L. as well as the whole Organization are aware of the importance of this Policy and integrates it in its work dynamics.
