Is aware and assumes its commitment to the quality of services, the safety of our workers, the satisfaction of its customers and the environmental requirements of its activities. Therefore, management establishes the following management principles:
Satisfaction of the expectations of our customers, and parties interested, in all matters relating to the performance of our activities and its possible environmental impact, as well as to guaranteeing their safety.
Use of the ISO standards as framework for establishing and reviewing goals related to quality, environment and safety and health at the workplace, as basis for the continuous improvement of its activities, to which the Management System submits.
Maintenance of communication, both at internal level and with customers and other parties concerned, in all those elements of the Management System.
Protection of the environment, energy saving and occupational safety through minimization of the negative impacts on the environment and Safety and Health at the Workplace resulting from our products/services, maintaining those aspects among the appropriate values for ensuring the quality in products/services provided and an adequate level of environmental preservation and occupational safety of our workers.
Compliance with the applicable legal requirements, the commitments acquired with the customers and all regulations, internal rules or action guidelines to which the company submits.
Assess and guarantee the personnel’s technical competence, as well as stimulate their adequate motivation for their participation in the continuous improvement of the company's relevant processes, concerning quality and environmental principles, and a sufficient and adequate training in work-specific preventive matters.
Guarantee the correct state of facilities and the adequate equipment so that these align with the company's activity and objectives. Guaranteeing the elimination of hazards and reduction of risks for occupational health and safety.
Guarantee an analysis of each significant process’ indicators, defining in each concrete case the actions to be taken in line with obtained and expected results.
Offer periodic supervision of the medical condition of all its employees, according to the risks inherent in their work post. In addition, provide safe and healthy work conditions for the prevention of injuries and deterioration of health related to work.
Put at the disposal of all the workers the prevention plan, assessment of risks and planning of the preventive activity in accordance with article 16.1 of Law 31/1995 and inform all workers about the generic risks, as well as their specific risks.
Facilitate the consultation and participation of the employees within the company, in regards to Safety and Health at the Workplace, and also choose the participation and representation bodies foreseen in the Law.
Ensure the complete and total satisfaction of our customers and the strict compliance of both their requirements and legal and regulatory requirements.
Assign all human resources and necessary technical means to procure services meeting the customers’ needs, and thus obtain their satisfaction.
These principles are assumed by the Management, who ensures it has the necessary means to comply with them, setting them forth in writing and making them public through this Policy.
The approval of this Policy of Quality, Environment, and Safety and Health at the Workplace implies that all the persons and areas mentioned in all the documents of the SIG have the responsibility and obligation to carry out the activities entrusted to them
