Aware of the importance of meeting the environmental expectations of its clients, suppliers, collaborators and other interested parties, it is committed to caring for and respecting the environment in the daily exercise of its activities.

In this sense, Ibérica Semiconductores de Potencia S.L., has the Environmental Management System Certification (ISO 14001) and encourages the promotion of social responsibility policies using ESG tools, as a means of managing and achieving its goals.

To make this commitment a reality, Ibérica Semiconductores de Potencia S.L., considers the maximum involvement of the entire company and of all its employees necessary, through the application of efficient solutions and the search for sustainable and innovative alternatives for its offices, procurement of materials and services.

That is why we adopted this Environmental Policy, which provides the following reference framework to establish and review environmental targets and goals:

• Complying with the environmental legislation that applies to our activity, as well as the commitments acquired voluntarily.
• Analysing the environmental risks in the development of our activity and trying to minimise those that are considered significant.
• Using resources rationally, minimising water, paper and energy consumption; reducing the generation of waste and greenhouse emissions; promoting recycling and seeking eco-efficient solutions.
• Involving all chain employees in achieving the proposed environmental targets through training and awareness programmes.
• Commitment to improvement in all environmental aspects that the company identifies.
• Guaranteeing the dissemination of this policy among all employees and society, establishing fluid communication channels with the authorities, local communities and interested agents.
